Story:
- Arrive at Vender's ramen shop
- Vender will tell you about his world's famous ramen recipe going missing. He suspects the ramen shop 3 stores down (Ichiru's ramen shop)
- Go to Ichiru's ramen shop
- Ask him about Vender's recipe. He will deny knowing anything about it.
- Invesitgate his shop
- You find a sheet of paper stamped with "SECRET." It's a ramen recipe
- Take that paper to Vender, he will say that it is indeed his recipe
- He will reward you.
